This page provides a variety of projects to enhance and extend the Vex robotics system.  Many of these projects can be applied to other embedded control systems, but all the examples and diagrams given here are specifically for VEX.

The projects range in complexity from simple cables that require no special fabrication skills, through advanced projects that use dozens of parts and require fine soldering skills.  The projects are carefully designed to be as simple as possible.

VEX-RC Motor Limiter

This simple project shows how to construct a VRC motor limiter.

This adapter allows you to add limit switches to a VEXplorer receiver and motor, though you must use two of the modified SPDT limit switches.
